Treat it early. Feel it later.
Registered massage therapy in Richmond Hill for people who would rather deal with tension now than an injury in six months. Assessment first, then a treatment plan built around how your body actually moves.
Our approach
Most pain does not arrive suddenly.
It accumulates.
A desk, a commute, a training habit, an old injury you stopped thinking about. Tension builds quietly for months, and by the time something genuinely hurts, it has usually been developing for a long while.
We work earlier in that timeline. Every first visit starts with an assessment — how you sit, how you move, where you are compensating — and the treatment follows from what we find. The aim is not an hour of relief. It is fewer flare-ups, better movement, and a body that holds up under what you ask of it.
- 01
Assessment first
We look at posture, range of motion and movement patterns before any hands-on work begins.
- 02
Registered therapists
Every therapist is registered with the CMTO, so your receipts are eligible for insurance reimbursement.
- 03
Between visits
You leave with two or three specific things to do at home. Not a printout of forty stretches.
Treatments
Three ways in.
Each treatment can stand alone or be combined within a single appointment. If you are unsure what you need, book an assessment and we will work it out together.
Massage therapy receipts are issued under a registered therapist and are eligible for reimbursement by most extended health plans.
01 / The space
Quiet, private,
and unhurried.
Four treatment rooms, each fully enclosed and sound-separated. No shared space, no overlap between appointments, no one waiting in the doorway while you get your bearings.
Rooms are warm before you arrive. Linens are changed between every client. Your therapist reviews your notes before you walk in, so you are not starting the conversation over each visit.

Insurance & receipts
Direct billing
Treatment with a Registered Massage Therapist qualifies for coverage under most extended health plans. We issue a receipt with the therapist's CMTO registration number after every visit, which is what insurers ask for.
We bill most major insurers directly, so you pay only what your plan does not cover.

Client experiences
In their words.
PLACEHOLDER REVIEW. I came in for a stiff neck I had been ignoring for a year, and left understanding why it kept coming back.
★★★★★Google PLACEHOLDER REVIEW. The assessment on the first visit was more thorough than anywhere I have been before.
★★★★★Google PLACEHOLDER REVIEW. I book every three weeks now. It is the difference between managing my back and thinking about it constantly.
